I have stayed here before. The staff are lovely and welcoming and give very good customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is located not far from the town’s train station and about 5 minutes’ walk into town. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and has character and charm. There is a good offering for breakfast.

Breakfast was a little heavy on pastry, but that is Italy, some other things were available, so considering price 11 Euro, fine.

Everyone we've met from the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome, always very patient with our questions, and would always greet us with a smile. The location was perfect -- you could walk to all the most Trento attractions and good restaurants from there. The room was large and the wifi was fast enough.

The location is really great and close to the centre of Trento, all attractions are within 10-15 min walk. There are plenty of parking spaces close to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

I stayed only for one night but I was utterly happy with this accomodation. The rooms was clean and modern. The staff was professional, speaking English. The location is just a few steps from the railway station and the city centre, there is a store around the corner. The window shaders were so good that I could not notice the daylight in the morning, also perfectly silent - great sleep! The breakfast was good and appropriate to the price. Nice stay, thanks!

Loved our suite. Great location from which to explore Trento. Walking distance to everything and easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily return to this hotel.

Room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Lovely continental breakfast including some yummy cakes! Good location.

Amazing and friendly staff. Always willing to assist. Loved the location, near to the station and central. I could walk everywhere. Rooms were spacious and neat. Would definitely recommend.
